ADHD & Neurodivergence

ADHD can affect far more than attention. It can shape emotional regulation, executive functioning, relationships, self-esteem, parenting, work, and the way you understand yourself.

I support adults who are newly diagnosed, questioning whether ADHD may be part of their experience, or trying to figure out what life looks like when they stop measuring themselves against strategies that were never designed for them.

Together, we can work on understanding your patterns, reducing overwhelm, building practical strategies, and creating a life that works better for the way your brain works.

Parenting & Neurodivergent Families

Parenting is complicated, and when neurodivergence is part of the family, it can feel even more complex.

Whether your child is neurodivergent, you are, or both of you are navigating the world differently, each family's life comes with unique challenges and pressures.

Counselling can provide a space to better understand your child, make sense of your own responses, navigate challenging behaviour and family dynamics, and find approaches that work for your  family.

The goal isn’t perfect parenting. It’s greater understanding, stronger relationships, and strategies that are realistic for everyday life.

Supporting Educators

Working in education can be deeply meaningful and deeply demanding.

As an educator myself, I understand the realities of schools, including competing expectations, complex student needs, difficult conversations, workload, burnout, and the emotional responsibility that educators often carry long after the school day ends.

Counselling can offer a confidential space to process those experiences, strengthen boundaries, reconnect with what matters to you, and find ways to care for yourself while continuing to care for others.

Individual Counselling

You don’t need to identify as neurodivergent, a parent, or an educator to work with me.

I also support adults navigating stress, overwhelm, relationships, identity, self-esteem, life transitions, and times when things simply feel harder than they used to.

We’ll work together to understand what is happening, identify what you want to be different, and find meaningful and practical ways forward.

Couples Counselling

Relationships can become strained when communication breaks down, needs feel misunderstood, or the same conflicts keep repeating. Neurodivergence, parenting demands, stress, and major life changes can add another layer of complexity.

Couples counselling can provide a space to slow things down, better understand each other’s experiences, identify patterns that are keeping you stuck, and build healthier ways of communicating and connecting.

The goal isn’t to decide who is right. It’s to help you feel more understood, strengthen the relationship, and find practical ways forward together.

Not sure where you fit?

You don’t need to choose the “right” category before reaching out.

We can start with what is bringing you to counselling and decide together whether I may be a good fit for what you’re looking for.
